All editorial images in the current publication are new illustrations created for Barcelona Unfolded with generative AI. No existing photos from photographers were used as input during production. The previously used external stock and Wikimedia images have been removed from the website.
Because the published image set is newly generated, there are no missing photographer attributions or licensing links.
The images are editorial AI illustrations. They are not presented as current documentary photography.
What the images do and do not promise
The illustrations help you quickly recognize a place, neighbourhood or subject. Architectural details, colours, street layout, dishes and views can be simplified or combined. Always check current situations with the official location or provider.
Rights and responsibility
The image files were created as new output for this project and are used only within the editorial context of this website. AI output cannot be guaranteed as completely unique. Brands, logos, legible brand names and recognizable persons have therefore been deliberately avoided.
